On-Premise Installations

This section of the documentation pertains to the on-premise version of SmartFile, previously also referred to as FileHub, VeriStack, and Lumanox. These previous names are no longer in use, but you may see them referenced in source code or older documentation produced by SmartFile.

Despite the End-of-Life announcement for the Cloud Platform, the On-Premise version of SmartFile will continue to be supported. The Files.com customer support team will continue to provide world class support, and our Files.com engineering team will continue to ship security updates on a regular schedule.

Migrating to Files.com Cloud

Files.com has implemented a seamless migration from SmartFile on-premise to the Files.com cloud platform. We have performed this migration for a substantial number of on-premise customers and would love to include you. The transition and migration is 100% free of charge and included in your existing SmartFile contract. We will even provide free cloud hosting (at any volume) for the duration of your current contract.
