How-to Perform a Hard Refresh

First, let's answer the obvious question.
What is a Hard Refresh?
A hard refresh is when you force your web browser to forget everything it knows about this website. This is sometimes also referred to as "clearing the cache".
Why do I have to do this?
Because, in order to make browsing the web faster, some parts of each website are saved for later re-use. Typically things that do not change very often are cached with an expiration date, after which the browser knows it needs to fetch a fresh copy and throw the old one out. Sometimes, although rarely, optimizations like this can lead to unexpected behaviors, or stale information being shown.
If you're here, it's because you've made some change that is not showing on the screen like you'd expect. Maybe you've logged out and closed the window and logged back in, but it's still the same. And you think, ‟What gives?”
You need to Hard Refresh.
So how does one perform a Hard Refresh?
Well, it depends on your Web Browser, and sometimes your Operating System. There are a few different ways to do it for each situation. Of those, you can choose the method you like best, but they all do the same thing. The each involve using a Keyboard Shortcut and some will require a single click in the browser as well.
